    will lose its waiver, and reverted to $8/month.

    This means that once the main line [A18+ (Family) or A28+(Family)] plans becomes barred,
    suspended or terminated, for whatever reason, the A8 (Family) plan will no longer be waived;
    even after the main line gets reinstated.

Terms & Conditions
1.
The standard Terms & Conditions of registering for a redONE line applies, in addition to
the following Terms & Conditions for lines registered under the Family Deal Package

Registering for the Amazing18+ (Family) plan will allow the subscriber to be entitled to
one free Amazing8 (Family) plan.
3.
Registering for the Amazing28+ (Family) plan will allow the subscriber to be entitled to
two free Amazing8 (Family) plans.
4.
The Family Deal Plans <Amazing8 (Family), Amazing18+ (Family), Amazing28+ (Family)> are
available for purchase for all subscribers (new registration, port in, and existing ).
a)
Existing users can only Change Plan to Amazing18+ (Family) & Amazing28+ (Family).
b)
There will be no Change Plan allowed to Amazing8 (Family

The Family Deal(s) must be registered under the SAME Parent account to be eligible for
the waiver(s);
a)
Amazing18+ (Family) as Master Line and Amazing8 (Family) as Supplementary Line.
b)
Amazing28+ (Family) as Master Line and BOTH Amazing8 (Family) as Supplementary Line.

6.
Free redONE subscription is only applicable for the A8 (Family) plan for 6 months only,
after 6 months, the subscriber will be charged $8/month for each A8 (Family) plan.
7.
Free redONE subscription is only applicable for the A8 (Family) plan and the waiver will
only be reflected from the 2nd bill onwards.
8.
The A8 (Family) plan will still require an upfront $10 for SIM Card fee. However, the $10
fee will be credited into the subscribers’ account, and reflected in the 2 nd bill.
9.
Waiver of the A8 (Family) plan is only for the monthly subscription of $8. Any excess
usage or VAS will be borne by the subscriber.
10.
Subscribers who terminate/port out the A18+ (Family) or the A28+ (Family) line, will not
be eligible for the free subscription of the A8 (Family) plan. The remaining A8 (Family)
plan will be charged at $8/month.
11.
Line status for all the lines under the Parent Account for the Family Bundle Plans must
be “In Use” to be eligible for the free month subscription. “Line Barred”, “Line
Suspended” or “Line Terminated” will no longer be eligible for the remaining waiver(s) of
the free month subscription.

12.
Should the A18+ (Family) or the A28+ (Family) line is no longer “In Use”, the A8 (Family)
plan will lose its waiver, and reverted to $8/month.
13.
For subscribers (new, existing, port ins included) who are signing up a new line under the
Family Deal Plans, the Master & Supplementary lines must be registered on the same
date, time, and at the same Partner to be eligible. redONE reserves the right to reject
any registration(s) that does not fulfil the mentioned requirements
14.
For existing redONE subscribers who are Changing Plan to the either Amazing18+
(Family) or Amazing28+ (Family) plan, they can go to any of our Partners to request to
Change their Plan to the mentioned plans. They will receive the free Amazing8 (Family)
plan from the Partner as well.
a)
If the Change of Plan is successful, the monthly commitment in the month the COBP is
pending will be waived.
b)
However, should the subscriber later proceed to cancel the Change Plan request OR if the
Change Plan request is unsuccessful on the 1st of the following month, the user will be
charged the full $8/month for the A8 (Family) plan(s).
c)
User will also be charged for the monthly commitment in the month the Change Plan request
is pending.

Yes, you may do a Port-In Request. However, do note that port-ins can only be done for Postpaid numbers. If you have a prepaid number, you are required to convert it to a Postpaid number under the existing telco in order to port-in to redONE.

Any excess of voice and SMS, while in Singapore, will also be charged at local rates.

redONE has 1 billing cycle per month; the 1st of each month. The first bill will be pro-rated accordingly, dependent on the day of activation.
E.g. If you have signed up for a mobile line on 7th May 2019, your first bill cycle will run from 7th May – 31st May 2019. The following bill will run from 1st June – 30th June 2019, and so on.

Basic Internet will kick in when your local data bundle is fully utilized, and your internet speed will be throttled down to 128kbps. This is to prevent bill shock for our subscribers. 128kbps is enough to send out basic messages. To gain access to high speed Internet again, all you have to do is purchase a data add-on via our 1App. Alternatively, when the bill cycle resets on the 1st of every month, subscribers will have access to high speed Internet from their bundle again.

If you are an Apple (iOS) user, these charges come from the activation of iMessage and FaceTime. Both services involve incurring a cost for sending an international SMS message. This SMS is sent in the background by your iPhone (to Apple’s servers in the UK) when setting up these services. For all international SMSes originating from Singapore, redONE charges a $0.15/SMS sent. Roaming charges will apply if the SMS is not sent out from Singapore.


Moreover, when a user tries to activate iMessage, a popup message will appear citing that the carrier may charge for messages used to activate iMessage.

From time to time, Apple may prompt out a message to reactivate the iMessage or Facetime service. Clicking OK will allow Apple to send another international SMS message to the UK servers again. Some situations where Apple may prompt out the reactivation message are when you swap SIM Cards, lose network connectivity, or enter flight mode for an extended period of time and reconnect. This is an Apple service, and to prevent these charges from happening in future, we advise that subscribers no activate the iMessage and Facetime functions.

For Android users, when you access to the Google Play Store and download paid applications via mobile data, Play Store will prompt out different payment methods for you to pay for the app.

If you select StarHub billing, a silent SMS will be sent out to the Google servers, the payment for the app will appear in your phone bill at the end of the month. In addition, the silent SMS that was sent is considered an international SMS. For all international SMSes originating from Singapore, redONE charges a $0.15/SMS sent. Roaming charges will apply if the SMS is not sent out from Singapore.
